Salary
Revised in October 2022
Training period: 1100 yen (2~3 weeks)
After training: 1,300 yen
Every month, there is an hourly wage increase (1,500 to 2,000 yen) depending on the sales of the previous month.
There is a commission system and various bonuses. (Many staff members work 5 days a week and earn 500,000 yen a month.)

There are opportunities for monthly salary increases and bonuses, costumes provided, transportation costs partially covered, fully-equipped dormitories, and allowances for those with TOETC and other qualifications.
